Our maternity panties even tear at the sides for easy disposal once used. Tear and chuck! Just what you need for your fourth trimester when convenience and ease is everything.

Our disposable maternity underwear is free from all fragrances and bleach.

Not sure what size to get? As a rough guide, size 12-20 should go Large and 6-10 Medium.

Having a planned C section? If you are on the fence for sizing go Large as you will be swollen for a little bit after your C section

Reusable Perineal Strip Ice & Heat Gel Pack

As a new/pregnant mum, you need to prepare for your recovery in the weeks after having a baby and giving birth.

You will be quite sore and tender in your vaginal/ perineal area!

If you’re thinking about self-care after baby, great! It can be easy to get so preoccupied in planning for the baby that you neglect to plan for your own healing and recovery.

Postpartum healing will require a few different tools to help soothe the pain, reduce swelling and offer some relief to any tears, stitched areas, or swollen.

Postpartum ice packs reduce swelling and soothe sore and tender areas — helping you feel more comfortable in the days after childbirth, so you can enjoy time with your newborn! There are major benefits to using ice packs specifically designed for postpartum women.

Even after a vaginal birth without tears, the entire perineal area and rectum will be swollen after birth, and you'll likely feel discomfort in the area for around three to five weeks.

After pushing baby, no matter how long for, you will be a bit swollen. If you need any stitches or have torn, chances are you will be a bit sore and experience perineum discomfort for even longer. Our peri gel pads can really assist in offering some relief.

Perineal cool pads are an essential for use postpartum to cool and soothe your perineum and help any postpartum soreness you may experience.

When the perineum gel pad is heated, it can be also used while in the second stage of labour to reduce perineal tears when pressed against the perineal area (ask your medical team if you're unsure how to correctly apply)

When frozen, the perineal ice pack provides soothing, cooling relief to the perineal area which may be irritated, swollen and tender from childbirth

The perineal ice pack can also be used to give instant relief from vaginal irritations and inflamed hemorrhoids, or to treat Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD).

The pack can be heated or cooled.

Please note that design of the packs may differ slightly depending on current stock level.

Each pack comes with a one perineum ice/heat pack and 5 x disposable covers.

Use the sleeves provided and do not apply the packs directly to the skin.

To clean, wash with warm soapy water.

Upside Down 360ml Peri Bottle For Postpartum Healing

The peri bottle is used for rinsing your perineum with warm water after you give birth. The small holes in the spout give you a gentle spray of water – offering relief from that awful sting if you're recovering from a tear, have stitches or are swollen.

We're not going to sugarcoat it: Your vag will be sore, possibly torn, possibly stitched, and peeing will make it feel like it's on fire.  Our Peri Bottle will be a LIFESAVER.

Do you use a peri bottle after C section?

The location of your incision makes bending over difficult and mobility limited, so have an Upside Down Peri Bottle to help with cleanup without putting pressure or soreness on the wound site.

The Upside Down design is practical and includes a narrow neck for a targeted and continuous stream of relief to the intended spot.

Healing Tip: add our Postpartum Bath Soak to your bottle for even more relief

Pack our portable peri bottle in your hospital bag and use it in that first post birth bathroom trip to make it less scary and easier, as well in the first few days and weeks after giving birth. Included is a carry bag for so it can be discreet.

Also great to use to help clean yourself if you have  hemorrhoids and during menstruation.

**Please don't put hot water into the peri bottle and always test the temperature before use.

Size : 360ml

Make sure you have this postpartum healing essential in your hospital bag mamas!
