All crocheted products are MADE TO ORDER. 'Making' times will be specified in each product description under 'Shipping'. Could be up to 4 weeks.
All other items will be posted within 3 days of receiving the order.
*Please note - due to COVID there have been delays with Australia Post. Please understand that once we have posted your order we have no control over how long it will take for you to receive it*
We use Australia Post for our shipping. Each standard order that weighs less than 500g will cost $9.70
All orders over $250 receive FREE SHIPPING
We currently are not offering worldwide shipping.
Express shipping is available at checkout
If you live within 10km of the postcode 5092 in Adelaide South Australia, we offer a capped delivery fee of $5 on all orders.
LOCAL PICK UP
FREE Local pick up at postcode 5092 available to all residents in Adelaide, SA. Address provided in purchase confirmation email.
We have worked really hard to be able to allow returns from ALL orders, handmade or not to help improve customer satisfaction.
We will accept valid returns if:
- the item is damaged
- the item is the wrong size (and not handmade)
- returned within 10 days of receiving in the post and contains proof of purchase
