The hardest thing as friend or family is watching your loved one go through such a difficult time and not being able to do anything about it but support, watch and pray. 

As a mama who has personally been through a hard hospital experience with my baby, I know I appreciate the thoughtful little gifts and messages people sent us whilst we were there.

Affirmations for Medical Mumma's
A collection of affirmations shared by fellow heart/prem/NICU/medical mums. 

It can be so lonely, stressful and terrifying, spending so much time in hospital with our little ones. We have researched, and put together a collection of sayings, affirmations and advice from fellow medical Mummas and myself.

They are here to remind Mumma's that you are never alone, even if you feel it. There are literally hundreds of women before you who have walked the same hallways and sat by the same beds. Even though all our stories are different, we have one common hope, for our children to be well looked after and as healthy as they can be. 

DETAILS:

A pack of 15 cards printed on luxurious linen in QLD and comes in a calico drawstring bag. 

Artwork is hand painted by the talented @joannaryancreates from the Adelaide Hills.

All artwork is thoughtfully intended to be as unspecific as possible in body shape with flowy dresses, skin colour, hair type/colour so that it can be relevant to any family. 

The cards are intended to be used 1 per week, you can pop it on your bubs window sill and consider and practice the affirmation throughout the week. If you are not in hospital for this long you can rotate them every couple of days. 

There is one card specific to surgery, however if your bub doesn't require surgery, you can replace the word with procedure and it will still have the same effect. 

Hey Mama Mug

Designed in Australia, for Mama's. Our ceramic mugs are perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or even a cheeky wine if you feel so inclined. We know it's rare for a busy mums drink to stay warm, so our mugs are microwave safe. They are also dishwasher safe because who has time to hand wash! It's nice to be able to have your own mug in hospital to use at the parent's station.
